Wells Fargo Argues For Inclusion In Payment Card Deal

Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 7:40 PM EDT) -- Appeals court judges expressed little sympathy on Thursday for a retail lending unit of Wells Fargo & Co. as it sought to overturn an order barring it from participating in a $3 billion payment card antitrust settlement for failure to submit its claim on time.
