Weil Gotshal To Trim SGI Fee Request

Law360 (March 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- One of the last remaining disputes stemming from Silicon Graphics Inc.’s brief bankruptcy is on the road to resolution, after debtor counsel Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP agreed to trim down its final fee request following an objection by the U.S. Trustee and a hearing Thursday morning.
