Righthaven Hits Porn News Site With Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 4:54 PM EDT) -- Continuing its infringement litigation campaign, copyright-holding company Righthaven LLC has sued the owners of a pornography news website for allegedly violating the copyright of a story originally published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal by reposting it.
