Circuit City Workers Want Class Status On WARN Claim

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Circuit City Stores Inc. employees alleging violations of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act are fighting to be treated as a class in the the company's bankruptcy case, saying there is no reason for individual members to each file their own claims.
