Franchisee Challenges Hertz-Dollar Thrifty Deal

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 12:08 PM EDT) -- Already facing a heated challenge from a primary rival, the merger between Hertz Global Holdings Inc. and Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. is facing an antitrust challenge from a company that operates Dollar Rent A Car franchises at two West Coast airports.
