US Chamber Backs Wal-Mart In Bias Action

Law360, New York (September 24, 2010, 7:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Friday said it had backed Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s petition to the U.S. Supreme Court seeking review of a lower court decision that granted class certification to more than 1 million women in a massive employment discrimination case.
