US Seeks Commerce Review Of Chinese Garlic Duties

Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government has requested that Chinese manufacturer Jinxiang Hejia Co. Ltd.'s challenge to the surrogate value calculation for its single-clove garlic imports be sent back to the U.S. Department of Commerce for further consideration.
