Chinese Drywall Fund Trustee Fails To Nix Insurers' Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 12:50 PM EDT) -- The trustee of a fund established to repay claimants alleging problems from the installation of defective Chinese-made drywall has lost his bid to nix two insurers' suit seeking a declaratory judgment that they do not owe a pair of subcontractors coverage for claims arising from the faulty drywall.
