Kirkland Applicant Seeks To Revive Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2010, 5:05 PM EDT) -- A woman who claimed she faced racial discrimination while applying for a job as a legal secretary at Kirkland & Ellis LLP is appealing the dismissal of her suit against the firm.

Faye R. Grey lodged her notice of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on Friday, challenging a pair of orders handed down by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
