PB Ends Big Dig Coverage Case With Insurer

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 1:59 PM EDT) -- Engineering and construction firm PB Americas Inc. has reached a deal with Continental Casualty Co. in its case alleging the excess liability insurer failed to help cover a $47 million settlement related to problems with Boston's Big Dig tunnel project.

Judge Loretta A. Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Friday signed off on a stipulation and order dismissing all the claims and counterclaims with prejudice after the parties agreed to settle the dispute.
