Boeing, US To Pay $3.3M To Settle Fresno Airport Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 2:41 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has approved a settlement that allows Boeing Co. and the U.S. government to pay a total of $3.3 million to put an end to a four-year lawsuit by Fresno, Calif., that sought costs associated with the cleanup of a massive plume at the city’s airport.
