Former Service Manager Hits Goodyear With OT Action

Law360, New York (September 28, 2010, 12:40 PM EDT) -- A former service manager has launched a putative class action accusing Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. of withholding overtime compensation.

Roberto A. Gonzalez filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Sunday to recover unpaid overtime wages on behalf of his fellow service managers.
