MTBE Contamination Battle Spreads To Mo.

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A Missouri city is the latest to sue Chevron Corp., Exxon Mobil Corp. and dozens of other oil companies over their use of methyl tertiary-butyl ether, saying the gasoline additive has fouled its drinking water supply.
