SEC Backdating Suit Against Mercury Execs Pared

Law360, New York (September 29, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's stock options backdating suit against three former executives of Mercury Interactive LLC, nixing two securities violations claims while upholding several fraud claims against the company's former general counsel.
