Boeing, GE Get Cases Over 2007 Plane Crash Tossed

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 12:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Chicago has dismissed three cases against The Boeing Co., General Electric Co. and others over a 2007 Kenya Airways plane crash in Cameroon that claimed 114 lives, holding that that the plaintiffs had not demonstrated that their claims had any significant connection to Illinois.
