Judge Puts Hold On Anti-Dumping Duties For Bearings

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 2:20 PM EDT) -- SKF Group and Japanese rival NTN Corp. have obtained preliminary injunctions blocking the collection of anti-dumping duties that the US Department of Commerce recently imposed on ball bearing imports.

Judge Donald C. Pogue of the U.S. Court of International Trade granted a request from NTN on Monday, postponing the liquidation of the duties. Judge Pogue granted a similar request from SKF on Sept. 21.
