LG Asks To Run Laundry Dryers For Jury In False Ad Spat

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 3:18 PM EDT) -- LG Electronics USA Inc. has asked for a federal judge's permission to run two laundry dryers in her courtroom, a stunt it said would show jurors the differences between its appliances and those of Whirlpool Corp., currently the target of an LG false advertising suit.
