Goodrich Accused Of Breaking IP Deal On Chopper Parts

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A British aerospace company has accused Goodrich Corp. of stealing its trade secrets and breaching a marketing agreement related to engine control components for the next generation of Chinook military helicopters.

AT Engine Controls Ltd. filed the lawsuit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, alleging the only way Goodrich could have developed its new electronic control unit was to copy the design of an older unit manufactured by AT Engine.
