Fox Hit With Retaliation Suit Over Age, Sex Bias Claims

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Thursday accused Fox News Network LLC of retaliation against a reporter who complained of sex and age discrimination.

The suit, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, accuses Fox News of placing retaliatory language in the employment contract of reporter Catherine Herridge, then refusing to remove it over Herridge's objections during contract negotiations.
