Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has handed a victory to importer King Supply Co. LLC in its challenge of the U.S. Department of Commerce's anti-dumping duty order on Chinese pipe fittings, which the company argued was overly broad.
