Judge Issues Gag Order In Stanford Criminal Case

Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has placed a gag order in the criminal case alleging Texas financier Robert Allen Stanford and three of his former company executives swindled investors in an $8 billion Ponzi scheme, citing concerns over widespread media attention that shows no signs of subsiding.
