Class Action Over Towers-Watson Merger Can Proceed

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 6:26 PM EDT) -- A judge has given the go-ahead to most claims, including breach of contract, in a class action brought by retired principals at Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby Inc. who say they lost out on millions when the private company merged with publicly-traded Watson Wyatt Worldwide Inc.
