EEOC Sues Towing Co. Over Medical Leave Policy

Law360, New York (October 1, 2010, 4:36 PM EDT) -- United Road Towing Inc. — which bills itself as the nation’s largest towing company — has been accused by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of using an inflexible medical leave policy to fire qualified disabled employees.
