Orrick, AOL Escape Sanctions In Augme Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied plaintiff Augme Technologies Inc.'s request to depose the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of AOL LLC in a patent infringement suit over website technology, as well as its motions to sanction the defendant and its counsel at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
