Condo's Hurricane Damage Coverage Suit Trimmed

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed a Florida condominium association's lawsuit against QBE Insurance Corp. related to coverage for damages caused by Hurricane Wilma in 2005.

Judge William P. Dimitrouleas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Friday dismissed a declaratory judgment claim and a claim of breach of implied warranty of good faith and fair dealing from a lawsuit filed against the insurer by Trianon Condominium Association Inc.
