Toss Criminal Suit, Civil Suit Is Enough, Stanford Says

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 6:19 PM EDT) -- Alleged Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford asked a federal judge Monday to dismiss the criminal suit against him, arguing that several of his constitutional rights have been violated and that he has been punished enough by the taking of his assets in civil proceedings.
