4th Circ. Hands Whistleblower Suit Back To Dist. Court

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 5:09 PM EDT) -- An appeals court has sent a whistleblower's lawsuit back to a lower court to gather more information and make a decision in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's March ruling that plaintiffs cannot bring such cases if state or local governments have already disclosed the alleged wrongdoing.
