Waste Management Beats Suit Over St. Louis Landfill

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Waste Management Inc.’s Illinois unit has overcome a lawsuit by an environmental group challenging the permitting for the expansion of a landfill outside St. Louis that is rapidly nearing capacity.
