Allied Files Joint Plan, Seeks Removal Extension

Law360, New York (March 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Allied Holdings Inc. has filed a joint plan of reorganization and disclosure statement, a development the bankrupt auto carrier said could affect the handling of numerous civil lawsuits pending against it in the U.S. and Canada.
