Palantir Can't Shake I2 Espionage Claims

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Palantir Technologies Inc.’s bid to escape an industrial espionage suit brought by rival intelligence software maker i2 Inc., allowing trade secrets theft and breach of licensing agreement claims to move ahead.
