Judge Merges Suits Over Provigil Pay-For-Delay Deals

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 3:50 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has consolidated three lawsuits, one a class action, accusing Cephalon Inc. and several generics makers — including Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. — of conspiring to keep a generic version of narcolepsy drug Provigil off the market.
