Settlement Classes OK'd In Canadian Car Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has agreed to certify two settlement classes that could stand to collect about $37 million in exchange for resolving claims accusing Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. and the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association of conspiring to keep cheap Canadian cars out of the U.S. market.
