Customs Says Solyndra Panels Made In USA

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 3:45 PM EDT) -- Solar product manufacturer Solyndra Inc. has received a final determination from U.S. Customs and Border Protection certifying that its photovoltaic systems are made in the U.S. and can meet “Buy American” requirements for certain federal procurements.

Customs' final determination was issued Thursday, and was published in Tuesday's Federal Register. Interested parties will be eligible to seek judicial review of the final determination before the U.S. Court of International Trade for up to 30 days.
