ISN Settlement Restarts 2nd Contract Spat With US

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 12:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has lifted a 2 1/2-year stay in Information Systems & Networks Corp.'s dispute with the U.S. government over 16 cost reimbursement contracts, following the parties' resolution of a related action over the payment of indirect costs on these contracts.
