Investor Wins $6M Against Title Insurer In Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (October 5, 2010, 8:09 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered a title insurer accused of abetting real estate developers to pay $6.3 million in damages and fees to an investor who lost millions in family funds in a Utah real estate scheme.
