Power Integrations, Fairchild Lose SJ Bids In IP Row

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied competing summary judgment motions in a highly litigated patent infringement dispute between Power Integrations Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc. over power conversion technology for integrated circuit devices used in cell phones, liquid crystal display monitors and computers.

In a sealed order Tuesday, Judge Leonard Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware denied five summary judgment motions referring to five patents asserted by the parties.
