US Shrimpers Challenge 4th Review Of Vietnam Imports

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 4:56 PM EDT) -- A coalition of domestic shrimp producers has sued the U.S. Department of Commerce, challenging the methods the department used to calculate anti-dumping duties on imports of frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam.

The Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee lodged a complaint Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade disputing the department's results in its fourth administrative review of anti-dumping duties, covering shrimp imported from Feb. 1, 2008, to Jan. 31, 2009.
