FCA Complaints Must Be Sealed Or Else: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 12:34 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of a False Claims Act suit against home care company LHC Group Inc. over alleged Medicare fraud, ruling that the relator's failure to file the complaint under seal doomed the suit.
