Doe Run Sues Insurer Over Lead Class Action Costs

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 4:32 PM EDT) -- Doe Run Resources Corp. has filed suit against Lexington Insurance Co., hoping to force the insurer to cover defense costs in a putative class action that claims a mine waste site the lead producer operates in Missouri has exposed local children to hazardous metals.
