Class Targets Eaton, Manufacturers In Antitrust Action

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 12:54 PM EDT) -- Transmission supplier Eaton Corp. is facing yet another round of antitrust litigation, this time from a putative class of indirect purchasers who say the company conspired with original equipment manufacturers to keep prices high on heavy-duty truck transmissions.
