Mo. Firm Sues Deutsche Bank Over $295M CMO

Law360, New York (October 6, 2010, 4:29 PM EDT) -- Missouri-based D&S Investments LLC has launched a lawsuit against Deutsche Bank AG, demanding that the bank return a $295 million collateralized mortgage obligation that D&S claims was stolen by a Thailand-based company.

D&S' complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, also names as defendants Kansas City, Mo.-based State Street Bank & Trust Co. and Bangkok CT Matrix (UK) Ltd.
