Auto Makers Seek To Derail Global Warming Suit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Six of the largest U.S. and Japanese auto makers urged a California federal judge Tuesday to throw out a lawsuit brought by the attorney general seeking millions of dollars for potential damage to the state from greenhouse gas emissions produced by their vehicles.
