Execs Say SEC, DOJ Wrongly Shared Fraud Case Info

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 7:13 PM EDT) -- Conversion Solutions Holding Corp. executives accused of operating a pump-and-dump scheme have fired back at the government's case, saying prosecutors failed to squarely address claims that the use of their civil depositions in criminal proceedings violated their Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination.
