Judge Clears Mass. Hospitals Of FCA Violations

Law360, New York (October 7, 2010, 12:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a qui tam action against two Massachusetts hospitals, clearing them of accusations that they had submitted false claims to the National Institutes of Health in order to secure more than $12 million in grants for Alzheimer's disease research.
