ITC To Review Duties On Chinese, Korean Cookware

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 1:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S International Trade Commission will conduct sunset reviews on anti-dumping duty orders for certain cookware from China and Taiwan, as well as anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on certain cookware from Korea, to determine whether domestic industries would be harmed if those orders were revoked.

The commission published notices announcing the reviews in Thursday's Federal Register. It also plans to conduct a five-year review of the current anti-dumping duty order on Chinese glycine, according to the notices.
