CMS Falling Short On Contractor Oversight: Senator

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 1:24 PM EDT) -- Senate Finance Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, is pressing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to address what he says are long-running deficiencies in how the agency monitors and addresses problems with fraud, waste and abuse among its contractors.
