TriQuint Workers Stole Filtering System, Avago Says

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 11:52 AM EDT) -- Two former Infineon Technologies AG research and development experts who now work for TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. stole Avago Technologies Ltd.'s cell phone frequency filtering technology, Avago has claimed in a copyright infringement and trade secrets suit.

The two defendants, Drs. Robert Aigner and Gernot Fattinger, had unfettered access to the multibillion-dollar technology during the time they were with Germany-based Infineon, according to the suit filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
