Disputed Evidence Allowed In Countrywide Execs' Trial

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 7:30 PM EDT) -- A federal judge reportedly has cleared the way for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to present in an upcoming trial a message written by former Countrywide Financial Corp. Chief Financial Officer Eric Sieracki in which he described himself as a “magnet” for prosecution.
