Dean Foods To See Info From Gov't Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (October 8, 2010, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A judge has ordered the U.S. Department of Justice to disclose key details from an investigation that informed an antitrust suit against Dean Foods Co. seeking to undo the company’s acquisition of two milk processing plants in Wisconsin.

Judge J.P. Stadtmueller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin on Friday instructed prosecutors to turn over to Dean Foods the names of individuals and entities interviewed in the probe, as well as all factual information obtained in the interviews.
