Microsoft Plaintiffs Examine Iowa Accusations

Law360 (March 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice and various state attorneys general are looking into allegations that Microsoft Corp. failed to disclose certain data in violation of the final judgments that resolved the lawsuits they filed against the software goliath in the late 1990s, according to a joint status report filed Tuesday.
